How much will my appointment cost?
Payment is due on the day of your consultation.
- New consultation: $230 (Medicare rebate $88.40)
- Follow-up consultation: $122 (Medicare rebate $44.45)
- Your first post-operative visit is free of charge
Can I be seen urgently?
We understand some injuries or painful conditions need to be seen urgently. Ask your GP to call us on 6279 5798 for an urgent referral.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Plans change — just give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule, so we can offer your spot to another patient.
What will surgery cost me?
Most of the surgeon’s fee is covered directly by your private health insurer. Depending on the complexity of your surgery, you may have an out-of-pocket cost of around $400–$500.
How will I understand my condition or injury?
Our specialist will talk you through your injury or condition in detail during your consultation and provide a patient information brochure to take home.
